vernier Caliper- वेर्निएर कैलिपर ऐसी युक्ति है  इससे किसी भी object को कम से कम मान तक measurement किया जा सकता है।  diagram

उपयोग - vernier caliper की मदद से ऊंचाई,व्यास और गहराई (height dimeter and depth)  को मापने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

Outside jaws- किसी component की thikness मोटाई को मापने के लिए use किया जाता है।

Depth Drop- किसी object की गहराई को मापने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

Least count- vernier caliper का least count 0.02mm होता है मतलब हम वेर्निएर कैलिपर से 0.02mm तक की रीडिंग को आसानी से माप सकते है।
