Quality- what is quality in business and Good quality goods remain in demand for a long time

Whenever we buy any goods service, then it comes first in our mind that good quality goods can be obtained at a low price.

Food, clothing, entertainment items, houses, other property or any other item, in all, the person seeks high quality.

Quality is assessed according to the nature, quality, type, quality, quality, environment and quality of the object. Considering all these properties, the value of the object is determined.

Good quality goods remain in demand for a long time.

A quality policy is the organization's purpose, strategic direction, and commitment to quality goods to customers, which is aligned with a brief description in a document that communicates to every department and every employee.

Quality policy is not just a document to serve an objective, it is a thinking that is the driving force of an organization that motivates everyone from top management to workers to achieve customer satisfaction and remain committed.

In my view, quality policy should not only explain the purpose, context, strategic direction of the organization and commitment to customers but also how we will achieve this goal. for example:

-How and what kind of raw material will we do

-What kind of state-of-the-art technologies will be used in product manufacturing sectors

-Any production process and in which stages process control will be applied

-How to train employees so that they become self-motivated and have a sense of dedication

-How to implement and maintain international quality management systems

However, the organization should clearly define any word or commitment in its quality policy.
