🔹 Clause 1: Scope (उद्देश्य और लागू क्षेत्र)
- यह clause बताता है कि ISO 9001 standard किन organizations के लिए है और इसका उद्देश्य क्या है।
- Focus है Quality Management System (QMS) को लागू और maintain करने पर।
- यह flexible है — किसी भी size या type की कंपनी में लागू किया जा सकता है।
Simple Example:
“हमारी company में production process के लिए ISO 9001 apply होता है ताकि सभी products consistent quality में बने।”
🔹 Clause 2: Normative References (संदर्भ standards)
- इसमें ऐसे standards list होते हैं जिन्हें ISO 9001 के साथ refer किया जा सकता है।
- यह clause खुद कोई requirement नहीं देता, बस reference provide करता है।
Simple Example:
“यदि कोई reference standard लागू है जैसे ISO 9000, तो हम इसे follow करके terms और definitions समझ सकते हैं।”
🔹 Clause 3: Terms and Definitions (शब्द और उनकी परिभाषा)
- इस clause में QMS में इस्तेमाल होने वाले important words की definitions दी जाती हैं।
- इससे सभी समझें कि ‘process’, ‘product’, ‘nonconformity’, ‘corrective action’ का मतलब क्या है।
Simple Example:
- Nonconformity = किसी product या process में deviation होना।
- Corrective Action = गलती का root cause ढूँढकर उसे fix करना।
