kaizen process is a Japanese word, it is made up of two words kai + zen which means change + good (change for good). Any change that we can make for improvement is called kaizen process.

In this we keep making small improvements, which increases the productivity and reduces waste / rejection.


In any organization, every person working in it, whether it is house-kipping man or every person in the staff, who is working in his area, make small and small improvements daily in his area is called kaizen process. If this happens then the company will grow day by day.


How to start kaizen process?
